Last Tuesday was a special day for Edaya as we successfully hosted an insightful online event in collaboration with the Boracay IT Association (BITA), Philippines. This event marked a significant milestone in introducing Edaya to the hospitality industry in the region, showcasing its potential to transform hotel operations through seamless digital innovation.With a focus on enhancing guest experiences and operational efficiency, the event highlighted how Edaya is shaping the future of contactless hospitality and redefining hotel technology.
The event was organized by Mr. Melvin Cuevillas, Country Manager of Imperium for the Philippines, who oversees Edaya’s operations in the country. Mr. Melvin played a key role in introducing BITA to the event and ensured its smooth execution, making it an engaging and interactive session for all attendees.
The event was led by Mr. Sanju K. Sambasivan, Director of Imperium, who was the key speaker. Imperium, one of the leading CX and UX solution providers, has been an industry player for over a decade with a strong presence in the UAE, India, and Singapore. Mr. Sanju, a visionary leader, is now focused on integrating AI strategies into Imperium’s solutions, particularly in the hospitality sector.
During the event, Mr. Sanju emphasized the importance of technological upgrades in the hospitality industry. He highlighted how Edaya is pioneering a fully contactless hotel experience, which includes:

Another significant contribution to the event was made by Mr. Sanju Philip from Imperium, who has been part of Edaya’s development from its inception. He elaborated on the benefits of Edaya for hotels, regardless of their size, and presented a detailed working model of the platform.

Apart from hospitality solutions, Mr. Shajith Navas, Principal Consultant at Imperium, demonstrated Imperium’s premium CX platform that enhances lead generation, lead management, customer support, and AI chatbot functionalities. He showcased how the platform can effectively help hotels connect with their customers.
